Guide to book a car for passengers

Step 1: Search

Fill information in the blank depart & arrive address, the pickup time then click search button. Wait for a second; you can easy find your suitable trip by compare various trips on our website. You can get real detail, images, and public economic price.

Step 2: Booking

Please fill your schedule and itinerary to confirm the booking information.                

The customer service staff will contact to assist you how to deposit. 

Step 3: Deposit

When we have received your deposit, your booking is completed.

We shall confirm your booking successfully by email and SMS after having received the deposit. 

Step 4: Pick up

Chauffeur- Car the driver shall contact you and arrive on time to pick up you.           

Self-drive Car the car will be received at our company or delivery to you.

      2. Cash is accepted by paying direct to driver

      3. Cash pay at Payoo subsidiary is available, click to find out the closest Payoo

 

      4. Internet banking payment on our Website

      5. You can pay directly to EZBOOK.VN:

  • At our front office. Address: Khu thương mại tòa nhà Hawaii Chung Cư New City - Số 17 đường Mai Chí Thọ, Khu phố 7, Phường An Khánh, TP Thủ Đức, TPHCM.
  • Our staff will come to your place for payment (free at district 1, 2, 3, Binh Thanh Ho Chi Minh City), other districts will be charged.

Cancelation & Trip Changing Policy

Guide to settlement of disputes

Step 1: Customers send feedback to us in one of the following forms:

Step 2: Receive EZbook.vn to conduct information authentication and contact as soon as possible.

Step 3a: If the agreement reached in step 3, the dispute ends.

Step 3b: If the agreement is not reached as expected in step 3, the case will be submitted to the competent People's Court for settlement or forwarded to the legal authority for settlement in accordance with current law.
